Do you restock items that have sold out?
We do not restock items as all of our designs are limited.
Do you do special-order designs?

I am unsure if the product would fit my body size. Where do I find the measurements?
The dimensions are provided at the description of each product. If you are unsure of your correct measurements, you may refer to these tips. We can also alter your purchased item for free (shipping costs will be shouldered by the client). Contact us for details.

When do I get my orders?
For local shipments within the Philippines, shipping would take 1-3 working days. For international shipments, 3-5 working days via DHL. Click here for more info.
Can I return/ exchange purchased items?
We allow easy returns within 10 days upon receiving package, provided that the merchandise is unworn and is in its original condition when sold (with tags, etc.) However, orders may not be exchanged. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client via Fedex or DHL, and item must be accompanied by its proof of purchase. Refund will be given via PayPal once all requirements are duly fulfilled.
